A. An Agent permission is an account created for a personal service care provider (a business, supplier or consultant). You will need an Agent account to add your business information to our database.

Q. Does a new Agent permission require the administrator (Admin) approval before it becomes active?

A. Yes. After one registered, she will receive an email to confirm the registration.

Q. Does a new Member permission require the administrator (Admin) approval before it becomes active?

Q. What is user confirmation?

A. After a Member or an Agent registers, he/she will receive an email that states, “You are registered now, but you must be approved by the site administrator before your account is active. The administrator has been notified of your application and will respond as soon as possible.” After the site administrator approves the registration, one will receive a confirmation email that states “Your Name, Your account has been activate. Please click the link below to login.”

Q. How can I make payment to get my business listed on www.HairNations.com?
A. Payments to www.HairNations.com are securely hosted by PayPal. We charge a minimum amount of ONLY $24.95 for a one time listing.

Q. What are the prices or payment options for listing on www.HairNations.com?
A. We offer two types of listing rates: FREE Listing and Paid Listing.

FREE Listing – Before a site is submitted to us for our FREE Listing service, it MUST link back to us from the its home page (example of a home page: www.HairNation.com). Please CLICK and tell us where you put our link on your home page. AFTER you have submitted your link back to us, Register and Create an Account.

We are very particular about sites we exchange links with and have the right to accept or denied any site without explanation. NoFollow link backs are not accepted.Free Listing sites are not FEATURED – see http://www.hairnations.com for our featured sites.

Paid Listing – www.HairNations.com offers a one time listing fee of ONLY $24.95. Accounts are activated within 24 hours of payment.

To initiate your paid listing, you must REGISTER and make payment within 24 hours for your Account to become active.

Q. After payment is made, how soon will my account become activated.
A. Accounts are activated within 24 hours after payment is received.

Q. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
A. Yes. Refunds are issued if request is made within 24 hours after your payment.

Q. How soon are refunds issued?
A. It takes 24 hours for us to process all refunds.

Q. What is the “Create New Listing” after I logged in for the first time?

A. After an Agent has register and made payment, she will receive a confirmation email. Once, she signs in to her account, she will see a logo “Create New Listing”. This is where an Agent (a business, supplier or consultant) will select a listing category or multiple categories for their business.

Q. What is the “Edit My Account”?

A. After an Agent has register and made payment, she will receive a confirmation email. Once, she signs in to her account, she will see a graphic that reads “Edit My Account”. This is where the Agent will update her information that was provided when the account was created.

Q. What is the “Edit My Listing”?

A. After an Agent has register and made payment, she will receive a confirmation email. Once, she signs in to her account, she will see a graphic that reads “Edit My Listing”. This is where the Agent will edit information about his/her business.

Q. What is the 125X125 Banner?
A. 125X125 Banner is the size of the ad banner that are displayed on our blog pages. Please contact us for prices and display duration.

Q. What is the Featured Business?

A. Featured Business listing is the business thumbnail that appears on our web site main page. The benefit of a feature listing is that your business is randomly featured on our main page (index page) and on results pages of all listing.

Q. What is the Virtual Tours Feature?
A. The Virtual Tours Feature is a panoramic video view of your business. Please note that we support the following types of Virtual Tours:

1. Standard Spherical 360° Panoramic Images in .jpg format (Built in Full Support using PTViewer)
2. EGG Solution Virtual Tours using .egg files.

Q. What is Reciprocal Link.
A. Reciprocal Link is basically a free link exchange with websites that are similar to ours.
